Research and innovation

Bernard Mauffret creates pieces inspired by carpentry techniques. He revisits the traditional codes of cabinetmaking and adapts them to the design’s challenges to create wooden pieces with ambitious shapes.

Transmission

Keen to pass on his know-how, Bernard Mauffret welcomes apprentices and future employees in his workshop. He also opens his workshop to architects and designers to satisfy their creativity.

Fondation Rémy Cointreau has helped Bernard Mauffret to acquire a portable digital router and a 3D printer in 2020. These tools enable him to work more efficiently so he can dedicate more time to creation.
